Edmund trained in Culinary Arts in Cathal Brugha Street Catering College in Dublin, and employed as Chef/Head Chef in restaurants and hotels around the country.
Fiona formerly trained in Hospitality Studies with GMIT College Galway and the Great Southern Hotel Group around Ireland.
Together they took over the Thatch Cottage in 2001,and have since given consistent service to their customers,have welcomed thousands of overseas visitors through the years,and have hosted hundreds of Special Occasions/Events at their premises.
